Most of the time its very difficult to conduct virtual interviews in Sri Lanka due to power interruptions and internet connections issues. In such situations we have give couple of chances for candidates. Next big step is onboarding, here also we have plan to join the person to cluster(cluster means group of people who work together) then appoint one person to look after new employee.
